Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any SkyLabs application, including Fish Cast ("App"), you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the App.
2. Account Registration
Users may create accounts using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and are responsible for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and update it as necessary.
3. Description of Services
Fish Cast provides the following services:
- Fish Activity Forecasts — Hourly activity scores based on solunar data and barometric pressure
- Tide Data — 24-hour charts, tide times, current strength
- Wave Conditions — Height, period, direction, swell data, currents, temperature
- Weather Forecasts — Temperature, humidity, pressure, wind, precipitation
- Solunar Clock — Major/minor periods, moon phases, sunrise/sunset times
- Interactive Map — Location-based fishing spot discovery
4. Disclaimer of Accuracy
Fish Cast provides forecasts for informational purposes only. Accuracy is not guaranteed; data comes from third-party sources and computational models that may contain errors. You should never rely solely on Fish Cast data for safety decisions. Users should check official marine forecasts before water activities.
5. User Content
Users retain ownership of saved fishing locations and content. By saving content, you grant us a limited license for storage and display within the App for your personal use.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt our servers or networks
- Use automated scraping tools or bots
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
7. Intellectual Property
All SkyLabs content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of SkyLabs and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
8. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
FishCast Pro is available with the following plans:
- Monthly — $4.99/month (1-week free trial)
- Yearly — $14.99/year (introductory $9.99 first year)
Charges are applied to your Apple ID or Google Play account at purchase confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before renewal at the same price. You can manage subscriptions through your device's store settings. Unused trial portions are forfeited upon purchase.
9. Free Trial
FishCast Pro Monthly includes a 1-week free trial with no charges during the trial period. Automatic charging occurs if not canceled before the trial ends.
10. Refund Policy
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests should be directed to reportaproblem.apple.com or the respective store's support.
11. Third-Party Services
Our applications integrate with the following third-party services, each governed by their respective terms:
- RevenueCat — Subscription management
- Supabase — Authentication and storage
- Google Maps — Map services
- Open-Meteo — Weather and marine data
- Expo Push Notifications
- Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In — Authentication
12. Limitation of Liability
SkyLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the App, including loss of profits or data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
13. Account Deletion
You can delete your account at any time by navigating to Profile > Settings > Delete Account within the App. Deletion permanently removes all profile information, saved locations, preferences, and server data within 30 days.
This action is irreversible — once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. If you cannot access the App, you may request deletion at info@atilla.dev from the email address associated with your account.
14. Modifications to Terms
SkyLabs reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
15. Termination
SkyLabs may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
